As a New Orleans native, Darren DiMaggio has a passion for bringing his customers the latest and greatest innovations in the alarm industry. As a family man himself, Darren understands the importance of making sure your home is protected at all times and strives to give you the comfort that you deserve.
Darren’s impressive career began while he was in high school as he would work during the summers for his father’s alarm company. He spent several years working alongside his father until he accepted a job as a service manager for another alarm company where he assisted in growing the company from 300 to 3,000 accounts in the short five years he was there. Eager to learn more about the products available in the alarm industry, Darren went on to work for tech support as an upper-tier technician. After four years of training and educating other technicians in the field, Darren went back to his old roots helping his father’s company for a year and a half while his father was recovering from quintuple bypass surgery. During this time, Darren also became a certified NTS (National Training School) Instructor where he has taught the following classes: Certified Alarm Technician Level 1, FAIM (Fire Alarm Installation Methods), ABAT (Advanced Burglar Alarm Technician), UESS (Understanding Electronic Security Systems), AIS (Advanced Intrusion Systems), and many more.
